Professional Project Proposal

We have been asked to make a proposal for our work to be displayed in a professional way. There is loads to consider such as what connection do we need to make to make things possible, what space would we choose and so on.

My initial idea for the animation was to use the projection mapping but when I  started to make my animation things started to get complex so I decided to stick with the video animation. Luck has it that now we are asked to include projection mapping for Project 3 which I totally don’t mind.

Because my project refers back to the Bethnal Green Underground disaster I had a concept of displaying my work in an environment that reminds of the underground shelter.

I have created some 3D layout for my project using After Effects. I have created lights on the side where the iconic photographs from the disaster would be displayed with crucial facts for those who are not familiar with the disaster.

I have seen a tutorial where you can use 2D image to make it 3D and that gave me an idea of doing a 3D tour around the set up to use in my presentation.

Professional Proposal (0-00-00-00)

This is a set up where I had an idea of having my animation projected onto the props that I have created before.

After doing some research I have found that the Bethnal Green Memorial was used for projection before with images of the victims. I have also found costs breakdown for it.

That gave me an idea to recreate a memorial and use it as a projection screen to utilise the costs and make it more doable.

That was just a test but I will continue to tests things so its more challenging as I know the more challenge the better outcome.
